What's In The Village
Hundreds Of Houses
Hand-built homes, shops and civic buildings line the lit streets, each one wired and placed by hand during the September and October build.
LaMonica Tower
The tallest structure in the village and the home of the Freedom Ball, which rises at 6:00 PM ET and drops at 11:59 PM ET.
Cherry Tree Park
The village green inside Olivia R. McLaughlin National Park, complete with the waterfront and the Statue of Liberty set out in the harbor.
Holiday Lights
Street-by-street lighting, illuminated storefronts and a full skyline glow shot on camera throughout the broadcast.
Camera Tours
Giancarlo, Chelsea, Charles, and Diana walk the village live between acts, showing detail work up close and telling the story behind each landmark.
Built By The Crew
Construction began early on September 4, 2026 and the finished village will be revealed on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026.
